Tea for Purity Young, hand-plucked organic jasmine green tea shoots are harvested in the spring in south China tea gardens. They are married with hand-harvested fresh jasmine buds. After the tea leaves gently absorb the floral scent, the jasmine is removed, resulting in this delicate and perfectly balanced infusion.
Caffeine Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee.
Steeping Instructions Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)
